I was digging around in the LX450 Electrical Wiring Diagram book, is there any way to translate a connector listed in that PDF into a part number?
 
I actually bought an in/lb torque wrench but ended up just using a 1/4in ratchet to tighten about a 1/4 to 1/2 past finger tight.
I definitely recommend this approach. I have snapped one of those bolts both times I did this job, and that was WITH the inch pound torque wrench. Finger tight plus a 1/2 should be just right.
 
Added a cheap exterior/interior digital thermometer I found on Amazon.

It was designed for a later Toyota switch and still working on making it fit the 80 series style switch cutout, but it provides the temp with reasonable accuracy,

Not that I found, but my C* X 1.8 + 32 math is really good now!!! C* X 2 + 30 gets close!
