Gave the Flexitank a rinse before listing it in the classifieds. Now to dig out the invoice from Man-a-fre.

New fusible link, old one was quite sad.

Question about ground testing in the cabin.
I am trying to run down the whirring / spark / engine noises that come through the speakers.

I reviewed the EWD, and found the 2 ground points that the radio might use (behind the kick panels)

I found page 178 in the EWD has this section:

Based on service hint S-15, would I want to find pin 3 in the stereo harness, and us that to perform a ground test?
Same with pins 4 and 7?

I thought the dryer (aka dooddad) had to be vertical to work properly?
It will still work at an angle per Coolstream vendor I spoke to years ago when I inquired about it. I also modified mine years ago for clearance, and it blows cold no issues. Completely horizontal though I am not sure of....

Works fine....however my AC isn't currently hooked up due to a bad compressor bearing

If I ever get my AC back up and running I'll probably relocate it to the Fj80 position next to the radiator inside the engine bay

Id planned to relocate mine as I put everything together but this seems like an easier solution. I just though the dryer had to remain (near) vertical in order to work

Pics or it didn’t happen

Damn, I'm getting called out

Since I'm only allowed to attach 5, I can't include the in-between pics as I had to pull the climate control out after a day to remove the ugly wood trim. That and I ran the wiring for my voltmeter and usb outlets, not to mention taking my Delta shift plate to my work to take a die grinder to it.

First pic is after the initial shifter and center console install. Afterward the CB radio install. And finishing it off with a much needed phone mount thanks to Wit's End plug insert.

Enjoy my friend.

Glad to see that the Wits End @NLXTACY worked at that location. I am about to order the center console and shifter console from @Delta VS and have been wondering what I will be putting in the third slot.

Check that you still have your filter cap in the engine bay and it is mounted / grounded. It is there specifically to address ignition noise. in the stereo They are little gray rectangles that no one knows what they are for, on a 93 with ABS it is mounted to the ABS bracket.

I actually, believe it or not, drove the thing.... Left the garage for the first time in almost three years !

Then I gave it a bath...

Still a lot to do, I have no power steering for some reason, and there is a driveline component that is not happy. I assume it is the 270K mile front driveshaft that is suddenly working with one end about 4 inches higher than it is used to.

Still, it moved, under its own power.

Unfortunately, it's not a direct fit.

The DeltaVS plate slots each have 8 notches (2 per side) that stick out slightly, probably to create a tight fit for anything you put in there such as a Toyota plug.

The Toyota plugs fit great, and were really on there when you put them on. Problem is, the Wit's End plug doesn't go in the same way and won't fit even if you force it.

Took my panel off and went to work real quick to use my die grinder there. Think I took a hair too much off but oh well.

Here's a before pic, never took an after pic.

Good looking rig. Any plans for a front bumper or other future mods?

Either way it still looks really good.
