Got the Etsy store set up:

You honestly did not have to honor the 10% off in a refund I was fine with what I paid.

Made the AC doodad horizontal in preparation for a new bumper iteration. 👹

Also ordered the fabric I may use for the center portion of my front seat reupholstery, sides will be dark brown leather with light accents 🐉🇯🇵

I located a near perfect console pad locally. I also removed the console itself and cleaned the entire thing up before putting it back in. Looks so much better now!

Trans trouble code 62. Pan’s coming off, solenoids ordered.

Some pics of my boy and I enjoying the desert during Christmas vacation.

Specifics on the vehicle tranny. 1994 a442f. 4 solenoids from Amazon $25 per piece. Cheaper than from Cobra Transmission and certainly cheaper than from the dealership. Boxed as Isuzu OEM parts, parts marked as genuine Aisin. I know this has been covered in the past but figured it doesn’t hurt to share it again.

Awesome! I might have to order some as well! That’s a good price

Rear main and reseal of the oil pans. Found out that I need a new torque converter because somehow, somewhere along the way, the tranny was pulled out and out back poorly. No way I can afford OEM and don’t have time to have the current one rebuilt. Huge grocery list on tap before hitting the trail at the end of the month.

Damn!!! That’s a hell of a job! How hard was it to drop that trans? I want to do the same thing but dont have a lift.

I can’t fathom doing this without a lift. My buddy @Jboyd has #sceniccitycruisers and this is at his shop. He’s my Sherpa.

Save your wheel. Buy three real lug nuts before the mounting holes are ruined.
Fortunately there wasnt any damage done yet. The nuts had a conical profile on the inside and the washers were likewise distorted so the bolts were fairly well centered. I replaced them with the correct conical centering lug nuts and it's all good now. Thanks again for catching that.

That wheel actually doesn’t take a tapered “acorn” lugnut. It’s takes this style:

There are two different lug nuts styles used during the 80s production. May want to verify what the other wheels are using too.

Pulled the trigger and ordered some rear window runs and some new window motors from eBay.

Done and done. Checked the others and they’re all OEM lug nuts.

Replaced my rear flare trim and decided to touch up the white on my mud flaps. I'll do the fronts sometime this weekend.
