I installed a Nalgene Bottle Holder from Z Precision in my truck. It was easy and now my truck is more awesome. And useful.
Nice. Too bad they don't make one for the manual transmission version
New shoes - KO3s
I installed CaliRaisedLED Rock Sliders. I like these. They are stout. And now I am better protected and can get to my roof mounted solar panel easier!!
any feedback on how they handle in the wet?
So much hate for KO2/3 on the Tacomaworld forum which I don't understand. I have run KO2 on my 80 series for the past 6 years and love them.
All good so far, love them! So much better than the stock Wranglers. More rain on the way tomorrow so will do more research. Got 235/85R16 KO2s for my 40 - tall and skinny.
If you don’t mind me asking, what kind of bumper and which winch did you use?

Do you think a 12K Badlands would fit?
Has anyone mounted a 12k Badlands winch to their 3rd gen Tacoma? If so, which bumpers can work with that winch? I bought one to use on my Xterra and ARB bumper, but it didn’t fit. I figure I will simply mount it to my wife’s Tacoma if it will fit her truck.

Been doing a bunch of 100K miles stuff before I give my 2017 Tacoma to my son. Over the last couple weeks I’ve done:
1. Transmissions drain/refill including dropping the pan and replacing the filter.
2. Engine coolant drain/refill.
3. Spark plugs (drivers side is a major PITI.
4. PCV valve. (If your doing spark plugs, don’t miss replacing the PCV valve, its right my #6).
5. Replaces serpentine belt.
6. Engine oil/filter.
7. Greased the single zerk fitting on the front drive shaft. I had thought (was told and Google confirmed) that the Tacoma had sealed spiders. It does, except for one (WTF?)
