I bought my LX450 almost exactly a year ago (7/8/2013). I have put over 10k miles on it since then. Bullet-proof so far. I love this thing.

Been working on dropping this old fuel tank. Some of the hose connections have been a pain to disconnect. And some of the rusty bolts have been a nightmare. One more bolt to go and it's time to wrestle this beast out from underneath.

Got my new air compressor wired up last week. Ready to put it to work. Considering going ahead and ordering new suspension. Leaning towards TPI's 4" Smoky Mountain kit.

Finally...

Hauled 12 bags of mulch home from Home Depot (9 on the first trip). Didn't even have to fold down the 2nd row seats…

Dude, I have a little 5x8 trailer you can borrow!

It was an impulse buy. ;) We went to Home Depot to pick up some spray paint for a project my daughter is working on and...squirrel!...mulch is on sale!! The first trip with 9 bags was just to gauge how many would fit and so I went for 12 the second time. I figured 400-500 lbs of mulch would cause the thing to squat a bit, but not much in reality.

Nice shaft Mike.

Mike, your truck looks great with the new sliders. Where did you get the front driveshaft?

The drive shaft was a group buy on the 80-series forum. It's a "Tatton" drive shaft from a guy out in Utah(?). Anyway, it's made using Spicer 1310 joints, which supposedly aren't as strong as the stock Toyota joints, but it is probably perfectly fine for my usage. It was $275, shipping included, so it's worth a shot. It completely eliminated my front vibrations, though. At interstate speeds I can let off the gas and put my hand on the transfer case lever and it is perfectly smooth.

Very nice. Glad to hear that it eliminated your vibration problem.

Took the ARB off of the 92 today. Loosened all the bolts for the control arms too. Time to get the Slee 6" on the green truck.

A guy down the road from me has a trailer that he said that I could borrow any time. Not sure if it has a winch or not. May have to jack knife the trailer and pull it on with another truck. Seen that done before. Let me know.

That's how we loaded the 25 onto a trailer. Jack knife and winch. Worked well.
