That was the plan, the stock CUP holders aren't worth a damn for a can of anything.

I drove my 40 from Cookeville to Gallatin then Hendersonville then back to pick up some goodies today. Plus a solenoid pack for the 8274 that had to be ordered. Minus the oranges and rook cards. It was a long day.

Oh s***!!!! Locked ass end = good times...... If you want smoked at Rook throw them in the glovebox and pull them out next trip :)

Now I can go break some more stuff. I'm all about some rook, I bet we play 2 nights a week over here.

Helped Mike P with the FZJ80 he bought from Rance. Took the front axle apart, found out why the front sounded like shat. The passenger side axle shaft was stripped and not engaging with the gears in the 3rd member. Jason Cooper at RockYour4x4 found him some chromoly axles and spider gears for $290. Should be back together by end of January. Then he is going to be looking for a 6BT to put in the beast.

Very nice- glad you are getting experience with 80 front ends. Let me know when you all are gonna put back together and I'll try to get over and help. (Physically help not verbally Mr. Goode).

Not much different than a 60, the 80 has a speed sensor that has to be taken out before pulling the axle shafts out. The only other thing is the drive flange instead of the locking hubs. Toyota front ends are really very simple. Love working on these now.

Went to pick up a cool lady to join us for brunch. Merry Christmas all you FJ nuts.

Pulled the motor apart on my HF winch and sealed it up, from what I've read its good preventive maintenance. Work on the 86 a little as well, changed out the injector harness and computer, and started trying to sort out the burnt up vacume lines.

Jason,

Little late to mention now, but putting some good grease in there will also help out with the longevity as well.

Also I will give you a call this week to work out some details on your new addition to the family :)

I was going to do that as well but I need a better set of Allen wrenches, all the ones I have did was trade to strip out the bolts.

As far as the addition goes, just been trying to let the holidays get by us, but somebody is very very excited.
