Kinda sad but excited. Tetanus pig is donating parts for the resto of the “good” one. I cut off the front 18” of the clip and it’s gonna be my first rust garden creation. Salvaged the good windshield and discovered all the door glass is still there. Is that 6 banger worth anything? It’s frozen. I have it moving a tiny bit, is it even worth the effort? I’m gonna miss people shaking their head looking at this gal…

Pour some MMO in the sparkplug holes and let it sit, it'll loosen up. Somebody will want that engine, or the parts off of it. If not, the block will make a nice planter for the garden...

Found another pair of these work lights that I got for rock lights on the front bumper, found a couple holes already drilled in the floor right by the latch for the rear seat and put them all together. One of these days I'll wire them all up and see if they work.

Spent some time playing with the darn rear axle shafts. I can’t find a problem with the driver side, seems to be setup properly so I am going to press a new bearing on and run it. The passenger side axle brake spacing isn’t correct so that one will have to be replaced for sure, no clue why it wouldn’t be the standard 2.5”. Also cleaned off the tool cart. It becomes a large pile of tools and junk five minutes into any project. I usually just leave it a mess, but it sure does look good at the moment.

Swapped out springs to the ones that came off my wife’s when I switched her pig to 2.5” lift 60 series springs. Got rid of the damn add-leaf springs front and rear and the bent front spring that I’ve been running 20+ years. Now to do a little longer shackle on the rear and call it done enough tell the next time
