Yeah who knows where he got them or whatever, or even if its all true, but I did hear it from a reliable source. Wow i'm suprised he disapeared......sounds pretty shady to me. I would say save of the extra bucks and buy the real thing!

I think perhaps you would want to do a little more investigating before you start calling another's business practices shady.

I agree with Junk on this...the original guy seemed to just have problems organizing shipping to the US and customs...by no means was he ever shady....he just wanted to see if there was interest in this kind of stuff from South America...he never took anyones money....If this ever got organized I would probably buy some of it....I really dig that rear tire carrier with stock looking replacement ends

No - the guy was kinda shady ... I tried to help him set this up shipping containers through Houston. He was all about it until we started talking real money and logistics - then I suddenly couldn't reach him on the phone anymore. I was actually planning on flying down there with a buddy who is in the import business to get the ball rolling. The most important part of this type of business is your foreign contact - decided I should let it go when he got flakey. Could be wrong ... the deal just rubbed me wrong.
