Went through a medium size puddle this morning and ended up the with fan running for around 1.5 hours with the engine off. Drove home and started to search for causes. It seems the puddle must have shorted the relay box. Took it apart and air dried it. Plugged it back up and seems to have fixed the issue.
I ended up wrapping a little bit of electronic tape on the female end of the relay. It looks like the assembly kits call for tape so I went ahead abd did it. Hoping this will keep it from happening again..... Anyone else have any advice on this one?
