Tried to contact my old stand-by tradesmen for plumbing, but they're no longer in business or not returning calls.

Looking for a plumber that can leak repair a pinhole on a Water Main from the city meter to the house inlet at the hose bib. It's a tiny leak, but one I dont want to ignore.
