Last night a friend of mine, who owns a jeep (don't hold it against him, he's still learning) invited me to come out wheeling with him and his brother in law (who owns a 4runner, a smarter guy) to a place just outside leduc. so we went this morning. it's pretty small and dry, but when it's muddy, there would be a few holes that would require some "help" getting through. a couple of small hills and some narrow trails. I bent my antennae and put a thousand scratches on the sides of my truck.

It's on public land, we came across a couple of quadders and a couple out walking their dog. it's literally on the edge of leduc so it's maybe twenty minutes outside of edmonton. we were there for just over an hour and did most of the trails and hills.

here's a couple of pictures to give an idea of what it's like out there.

Looks like it could be a fun area for something close by.... We need some rain :hillbilly:

So now that you're scratched up, you wanna go run some quad trails and add some dents? :grinpimp:

Good stuff. You should provide some more detailed directions to this place.:p

Couple buddies and I hit some good trails today too, maybe I'll post some pics tomorrow sometime.

it's public land.

Google Maps

@ RockDoc- scratches i'm o.k with but dents, that's a whole 'nother story!

Wow, that actually looks like a decent spot. I'm gonna have to check that out sometime right soon.

not to hijack!
but I recently learned about some crownland on 188st and 111 Ave.
google map it with the satellite set on.
from pictures on a facebook group it looks like a bunch of V8 knuckle-heads go out to splash in the mud.
some sand bowls too though.
/hijack off!

It's between 184 street and the Henday. It's an okay place, a few good climbs, a huge mud pit, and a couple trails running throughout. You can have fun there for a few hours.

Head down 184th street, turn west on 105th ave. 105ave will turn into a dirt road, and that dirt road turns into a giant open bowl.
