I need to know the dimension WxHxD form an ARB wench bumper where the wench gose and the bolt holes dimensions.I am thing of trying to buld my bumper.I would appreciate any help with the dimensions.

Wench bumper widths are usually in the range of 34 to 38 inches, but many can be found well outside this range. A width of 36-38 is considered good by most.

Heights vary widely, but the average is in the neighborhood of about 65-70 inches. I know of noone who pays much attention to depth--at least for the bumpers.

Not gonna touch the bolt hole question... :o

Oh...you meant winch? Can't help you :D

Not going to to touch the WENCh thing, but here's some dimensions of my ARB bumper :

Bolt hole pattern: 10" width c/c
5.5" height c/c

There is another set of holes in the plate 1" below the top holes that I did not use to install my Warn 12K.

The plate where the winch mounts to is approximately 13.5" wide by 10" high.

The bumper then bends back at both ends a couple of inches. (At approx an angle of 10-20 degrees.)

There is a space of about 9.5" from the face of the winch plate to the valance.

The opening where the winch sits is approximately 30" wide.

There are some gussets and other encroachments into the space where the winch sits that makes these dimension less in some areas.

I would recommend having your winch before starting this fab.

Good luck. Hope I didn't confuse you.

Let me know if you want any photos. (Of the winch, not the wench) :grinpimp:

I think you need to take a spelling course before you start trying to make stuff. Most winches have the same bolt pattern so why limit yourself to what ARB has?

zzz I just needed some Ideas It didn't have to be ARB.If you have one give them to me if you want. And you don't have to be able to spell to fabricate thanks for the advice. :)
