Yeah, the bolts will pull them in, it’s be ideal if there was 1/8” more length from the pivot at the rlca so they could tip up neatly, but it is what it is.
If you strip out the self tapper in the frame weld I recommend the steel rated drill/tap all in ones. Made this job much easier.
 
Got them in today. The mounts had been touched a few times in the past needing some persuading to get the skid plate to fit.

I dropped the gas tank skid to make it easier on the passenger side. Took the chance to clean it and touch up any scuffs.
