Hey y'all! I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Kurt and I moved out here to La Jan 2009 from Ca after my 3d deployment to Iraq. I've been tinkering on FJ40s since 2000 when my dad and I started to rebuild my '71 FJ40. I bought my '72 FJ40 as a post deployment gift to myself and left the '71 with my dad in Ca. I'm interested in the club and hoping I'd be able to run with y'all. Hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Welcome and thanks for your service overseas. Most of our members are in the Lafayette area but a few of us (including me) are in the Mandeville/Covington area. We are only about 25 minutes from Hammond so if you ever want to get together for some
or talk cruisers come on down.
I saw this one in Bayou Blue yesterday. Wish I had some of those cards you are always talking about. I asked around, but no one seemed to know who owned it.

same too ya good to have ya around to badd i wont be abel to meet ya till end of next year heading back to good ole sandbox for round 2 , take it like but not on the trails !

Yeah, I know where your office is. It was there where I saw your cruiser for the first time which inspired me to comment on it on LA4x4 and eventually led to me joining.

I must have missed you that day I do alot of marketing in this parking lot when I see some nice Toy rigs. I've been know to chase people down and give them cards though I must be getting slow I've not done it in a while
Pass by anytime and I'll get them to you I'm here Mon - Wed this week 
I'm not going to be around for about 5 more weeks with work and holiday travel. I'll stop by sometime though.

We can officially welcome Eric Delaune to the club he drives the nicely built white Tundra we've all seen in the rig thread and his wife has the white trail edition FJ he posted in there as well. Both are great looking rigs. Welcome Eric we're glad to have you
