I've seen some posts similar but none exact the problem I'm having. For some reason the subs for bass don't always work. I can be driving along and they will start working, I can hit a bump and they either go out or come in. Sometimes the rear sub will make a rattle like its busted, but I believe it's because it's not getting enough power. What I'm wondering is what it is. Radio or amp?

Sorry cant help but my fronts do that too. If i turn the volume knob though the speakers come back on which leads me to think its the deck.

Anyone else have/had this issue? Far back speakers (if passenger side has one) don't seem to work aside from a low murmur on drivers side if that helps.

loose wire?

Far back speaker on driver's side, left if you are facing forward, is a subwoofer and shouldn't do much more than produce only the low notes.

I know, the problem is with radio up it barely puts anything out. You have to put ear up close to tell and doesn't always put out much oomph to stuff with bass.

The speakers are just probably blown at this point. I have a 2002 100 series and my speakers are all blown and sound bad.
