OBDLink MX+

I noticed recently that the MX+ was not picking up Generic OBD2 or Network A. It does fine with ABS/VSC/TRAC, Tire Pressure, AHC, etc. Didn't bother me as I didn't have codes, etc. or any warnings or CEL so I just let it go and went on my way. When I went to get my emissions, the first couldn't do it because he said he wasn't getting a reading from his dongle. Went to a 2nd, same.

The 7.5a fuse is fine and the connector is getting power (It stays lit when car is off) and the MX+ lights up as it should when connecting, etc. Is there another upstream fuse or connector I should try? Is there a way to check the pins?

I imagine if my ECU was faulty I would get more codes, etc. so I can't imagine there's something wrong with those maybe?

Any ideas?

Any help would be appreciated.
Pin 16: Power is good 12V+
Pin 4 & 5 to earth: Both are below 1ohm resistance
Pin 6 to 14: Resistance fluctuates but it's around 60ohms
Pin 7 (K): about 3.5V

Any other tests I can do?
