Weatherstrip and profiled rubber bits source?

I’ve yet to explore McMaster selection but does anyone have any good recos for local or online sources of various shapes and profiles of rubber and or closed cell foam bits n pieces in bill or lineal lengths?

I’ll add some rough dwg /dimensions in a bit.

FYI since I just ordered some precision stuff for my trailblazer...they don't sell direct from their site. I bought their stuff from Summit after calling precision.
