THIS IS NOT AN LC. its a 2010 Matrix. I am posting here because people on this forum have a lot more knowledge than other forums.

Problem: weak AC. in the video, it is 65F out, air that came out of the vent was 50F. This is with blower on HI, recirc, AC on, max cold, all vents closed except the one on face.
it can easily reach 100F in the summer, so I am very motivated to get this figured out.

Observations:
the compressor is very loud. You will hear it in the video.
Low side pressure fluctuate very frequently.
fans turn on and appear to be working

Notes:
I have reviewed the FSM for the matrix on AC problem diagnosis, however, it is a bit tough for me to understand what the diagrams picture
I think the issue is the compressor, however...
I am new to working on ACs, and I would really appreciate it if someone chimes in with more experience.

Video:

looks like the charge is low. high side should be closer to 200 and really shouldn't be cycling so much.
do you actually have the tools to lull it down and service it?
would be good time to check the oil level of the pump. or depending on budget, a new denso pump is around 150$

Yes I have the tools. I will recharge and post how it goes.
Denso or OEM compressor is $350+. very expensive.
Denso doesnt sell the condenser so OEM is about $300.
So I hope it works better after a recharge

I caught some AC oil leaking from the low side port:

High side port (not leaking):

Evcuated the system, replaced both shraeder valves, vacuumed, and recharged.
AC is ice cold now
