I bought a Toytec lift 2 years and 60,000 miles ago, spacers up front and the Toytec springs for the rear. I later replaced the front spacers with OME springs but kept the Toytec springs in the rear because I loved the way they rode.
Any ways, I went in for my inspection sticker a few weeks ago and when the mechanic was checking my rear brakes he noticed and told me that the bottom loops on my springs, where they rest on the axle, had broken off and the springs weren't sitting on the axle right. I couldn't believe they broke and I was a little upset I would have to buy new ones. So for the hell of it I sent an email to Doug at Toytec to see if this was a common problem and hopefully that he could give me a discount on new ones. I got a response back from him quicker then I thought, telling me that they did have an issue on a few of the first springs made and that if I had my invoice he would help me out.
I emailed him back telling him I couldn't find the invoice (after all it was 2 years ago) and asked him if he could give me any kind of discount.
Well I got an email from him today saying they searched through there old records and found my invoice and would be shipping out a new set of springs today for me for free

I'm still in shock that a company would stand behind their product like that and go out of there way to help me out....especially in these tough times.
All I got to say is Toytec you have a customer for life.

A friend of mine had the exact same issue. He broke one spring after almost 2 years and Toytec sent him a new pair for free. Cudos to Toytec, they will get any suspension business I have in the future.

That's great! Toytec is great company to deal with.
