Water leak

Went out to the LC this afternoon and found a leak. I first noticed it when I went to pop the hood and felt water on the back side of the latch and on the gas tank release latch.

The floor board was also wet, and continued down the floor along the driver seat and stopped just behind the seat.

I read quite a few threads about the sun roof drains and windshield leaks. But nothing that mentioned about water being on the hood latch and gas tank latch release.

Does anyone have any first hand knowledge about this or a thread they know off off hand that could help me out?

I'm thinking it maybe the windshield since it appeared to not have Toyota stamped anywhere on it.

Also The LC parked on a slight incline facing up.

Tacoma 02, you may want to keep in mind that the fix is on an 80 series. I don't know what the difference is between the 80 and the 100 when it comes to windshield design, but it may be important.
Good luck, I have been fighting a holding action with my own winsshield leak and it is currently imposible to tell if it is still a problem.

Thanks for the help, we have had a lot of rain here in MD, and finally it started leaking. The day I found the leak I went to wash the LC and nothing had seemed to leak again... Just happened out of the blue.
