WARN XD9000I fit my ARB WITH WINCH MOUNT?

As I understand it the XD9000I will NOT fit. I know the XD9000 will fit though with spacers 
I can't recall exactly what it is about the XD9000I that doesn't allow it to fit but I believe it has to do with the integrated control box and the cross bracing "lips" on the bull bar that are near the top winch attachment holes. These kept me from being able to mount my XD9000 using the top winch holes so I could get my Hawse fairlead mounted up a little higher in the winch line hole. The top of the XD9000 motor sits just underneath the cross brace.
Here is what an ARB looks like with an XD9000. The "gold" color spacers can be seen in the last picture take from underneath looking up. Oh, and the zip ties holding the control box on were only temporary

thanks corsair23 i just bought the xd9000i 30 min after i posted my question .I thought it would work.i only paid 275.00 for it and it came mounted on a jeep bull bar [heavy].if i cant make it work i guess i will post on the for sale list...
