Warn Winch Remote Female Receptacle

Has anyone been able to source just the female receptacle for their warn 8274 winch? I have upgraded to an albrite solenoid and moved it into the engine bay. I would like to wire the winch remote to a female socket wither in the grill or on the bumper but haven't had any look figuring out where to get the female socket. Mine is trashed hence replacing the solenoid…

I replaced mine (but I also replaced the remote itself). Email Warn customer service, they're extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I have the same problem and found a reference to this on another forum. My 8274 dates back to the late 70s. i don't know if this is the same connector you have, but it definitely LOOKS exactly like what I need.

A friend of mine used a plain trailer plug and socket. Works like a charm.

You can buy these as service parts from a variety of vendors:

3 wire version is part number 16296.
5 wire version is part number 39886.
