Hello All,

Do I go through a warn dealer or warn Direct for parts?

Any IH8MUD Warn Dealers to use for this service?

Thanks!

I get mine from Redding Four Wheel Drive, Inc. They're an authorized dealer. Warn parts aren't cheap, but these guys seem to be as good as any and they have everything in stock and they ship fast. http://warnserviceparts.com/

Thanks 1911!

I ended up finding one here in Texas that had a pretty rare part in stock and got it all ordered from them today.

Ordered gaskets, new top cover, and new rubber insulation boots for the wires...

Who was it and where are they located? It's always good to have a closer source, and I like to support the local economy when I can.

It is D.S.I. Distributing

Schertz, TX (just North of San Antonio)

They were friendly, courteous, knowledgable and had the small parts I needed in stock and were shipping out that day! I should have them tonight if the UPS man doesn't delay

Thanks, I will add them to my resource list.

Thanks Andy,

That is what I did and I was very pleased with D.S.I. Distributing for their knowledge of the Warn product line and the parts that they had in stock.

You would be suprised at what Warn will cover. I started having a problem with some lights that I had owned for years. I contacted Warn direct and described the problem. Warn shipped the parts to me free and some extra goodies thrown in. I re-built one of my winches before the internet and had a problem finding some of the gaskets/ seals. Again, one call and free parts in the mail to me. I don't know if Warn still does this but I have always been totally impressed with Warn customer service and its products. 4 Warn winches and assorted other products and I won't use anything else.
