Wanted Wanted warn 8274 winch parts/housings

I’m trying to rebuild a Warn m8274 and it’s missing/needing replacement parts. PO hit a deer and broke the housings at the mounting points. Looking for a lower housing, drum end cap housing, remote controller, contactor cover and remote plug. Would hate to buy brand new parts and spend more than I paid for the whole winch… thanks!

^^^ I saw that but can get a brand new lower housing for under $200 if I wanted to go that route. Hoping for something more functional but cheap I can use and just clean up if possible.
