Wanted Wanted used tires/ lights

Hi im new to the website so im not sure if this where i post. Im sorry if this is the wrong thread, but i am looking for used 35inch or 37inch tires that fit a 16inch stock rim. I am also looking for a lightrack with higher quality used lights.
