Hello.
I'm looking for a FJ40 to restore. My goal is to restore the truck back to stock and make it look like it just rolled off the showroom floor. After which, I intend keep it in my garage, drive it occasionally, stare at it, and rub it with a soft towel.
I have ZERO welding skills so I don't want a truck with cancer.
Wants:
- prefer '76 trough '78 (I may consider an earlier model if it is in good enough condition and has low mileage)
- Prefer low mileage. Not interested in one that's been rebuilt. At a minimum the original mileage must be known.
- Very stock.
- original paint. Not interested in one that's been painted.
- little to zero rust.
- No diamond plating.
- No rhino lining.
- No surprises.
