This is my second t-case in as many years, but i'm going to do it. I just want to keep it running until i decide on a permenant solution. This is a 1970 column shifter, vacuum shift hi/lo. Any out there , Thanks logger

I also, have one off of a 7/70 pig column shift. But it is here in NM.

The second TCase i installed was a bit different than the original one. If i remember correctly there was a little modification involved. The production date was 10/69 but it is titled as a 70. I don't no if there was slight change in design.

Where are you located?

I've got several in MT.

What is happening to the ones you're using?

Not the definitive source for all things for sure, but SOR shows no distinction between 63 and 73 on the TCase.

Maybe your modification was a linkage going from floor to column shift Tcase?

I'm in northern california. The first tcase ran dry, and started to whine. The second, case blew out the bottom under heavy load. I was towing a 16' flatbed out of a trench and it gave. Both operator error. The hole in the tcase is 1/2 a fist, you can clearly sea gears.
