I picked that headunit (Kenwood DNX-7190HD) specifically cause of the way it matches works with the rest of the dash. As for the install, the credit for that goes to shop that installed it.....they are really good at what they do.
It was expensive, but that was cause I did an entire system (HU, 4 speakers, sub w/ box and amp) and choose fairly high end stuff.
Replaced all of my stereo, New 7in touch screen, All new alpine door speakers and a Type R 12 in back, Amp on the speakers and 1000watt amp on the sub. Beats hard with clean sound.
The place that installed it custom made it, told me it took about 3 hrs of sanding to get the curves right. I can get more details if you want, but its not something off the shelf by any means
