Want to put lift from 81fj40 on 77 bushing help?

Here's the story, i bought a hfs 4inch lift from a guy that had it on his 1981 fj40,i want to put it on my 1977 fj40,the problem:the bushing and bolt sizes are different size of coarse, so i talked to the company that sold the lift before i purchased and they said all i would have to do is buy the bushings for my year of cruiser,but when ups showed up with these tonight i noticed a huge problem!the bushings for my 77 are the right size for the frame holes but way to small to fit in leaf spring eye's,has anyone had this problem and found a bushing that will work?i need the bushing to be factory size for 81 (1 3/8)that slides into spring eye but that has a center hole for a 5/8 bolt.
The first pic is the bushing i got today,the second pic is the two different years bushing's i need one,like on the right but with a 5/8 bolt hole instead of 18mm hole!?

SOR has every bushing size you can imagine.

Your friends at CCOT sent you the wrong bushings.


Show them your pictures out here and they should be able to figure out what to send you so that you get the correct bushings for their leaf springs since they could not perform that task over the phone.


CCOT does not have different 4” leaf springs made for a 07/80 and earlier vs. the 08/80 and later 40 series; just different spring bushings to work with the associated smaller/larger frame pin/shackles.
