Wow that came out nice. I have two tailgates coming and my 60s side panels came in over the weekend so I have to get Second Skin for two vehicles. I'm waiting til I am finally ready to do my scion radio, amp, sub and speakers/wires install. I just want to have everything in front of me before I do the install. After looking at your tailgate I am thinking about getting one of Kevon's prototypes, I'd just prefer the production ones.

Resurrecting this thread because I'm considering one. What is the long term report on these?

How does it hold up if you put a 250lb knee in the middle of the lid?

I checked the site... very cool new latch options and now textured for dogs too.

SOMEONE suggested (multiple times) that it get installed. SOMEONE even bought a dremel for it. SOMEONE (else) had a BBQ at a location where a plasma torch lived. SOMEONE (else) was too busy telling dirty stories to get their work done. :lol:

I've had one in my 62 (along with the side panels) for over a year now. No issues whatsoever. I've stood on mine quite a few times (180 lbs) with no worries. Works well for getting onto the roof to pick apples. ;)
