I purchased a Waeco CF80 portable fridge/freezer back in 2007. Just used it occasionally off/on. Recently went to use it and it wouldn't power up. I took it to a local RV repair shop and got it back FUBAR'd! The repair tech had cut the old wiring and really done my situation a dis-service. I was pissed and left with my cooler in tote. I knew I should have just investigated it myself, but time was limited. Now I'm on my own.

Any chance anyone out there has one of these and could pull their cover off and take some pics. I need to see how the original wiring is setup. I've read all kinds of threads about it and it seems to be an easy fix, but because this A-hole did a chop job, I need to put see what the original looked like.

I pulled the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) off and one of the soldered fuses is for sure block. I also think the converter (120v AC to 12vDC is possibly shot too.

I'll try to post pics tonight.
