My 94 speedo works intermittently otherwise tach works and overall the 80 runs normal. Other day the O/D started flashing so I did the TCM paperclip TT/E1 pull deal and it was code 42 = VSS if im not mistaken.
Question: Is it necessary ? Do other things rely on it ?
I think someone asked prior, or maybe I had and I don't remember but for the A442F, are the shift points dictated by speed ? RPM ? etc ?
