VooDoo Girl, if you are upset about someone using your picture, go to the following link on ebay and report the item to eBay Customer Support. eBay will warn the user for picture theft and make the poster change the picture. If they don't change the photo, then eBay will end the auction and remove the item from the site. If you don't care, then just laugh at the guy that doesn't know how to take his own photos.

On Mud she says she is from Layton, Utah - just up the road from me and that she bought it at Mark Miller Toyota in SLC. Ebay listing says the vehicle is in Ohio.

Something ain't right. Probably another Ebay fraud.

I've had photos of my FJ40 used on EBay ads before...a note to the seller got it removed in all cases...

most likely, someone needed a "bling" pic for their EBay ad and just scrapped one off the net...

I just got a message back from the seller admitting that the FJC pictured wasn't the one for sale. He said the one he's selling "won't be on the lot until Tuesday."
