Where's the beer at?

Where abouts in Mass? I'm sure some of us are up for a pub nite.

Worcester, will be heading up to Acadia for a week too... and might make a few weekends out to NH....

I'll buy the first round.

My inlaws live just south of Worcester and its a good central meeting place for the club. I'm game.

Acadia was great, just don't camp in the Acadia parks. I was more than disapointed with them.

doh, guess what... we've had a reservation for quite a while. What do you recommend?

I'll grab a beer on your way north on 95. I'm 5 minutes off the highway.

I stayed 3 days at Seawall and 4 days at Blackwoods. I went off season so many of the camping areas were closed.
The campsites were clumped together and too close. My tent was about 6 feet from my neighbors tent at Blackwood.
At Seawall they placed me at the end of a firelane that had a restroom on the other side which made it a freeway. People were just cutting straight through my campground and lookingh upset when my dog would start barking(for those of you who know my dog,he's not much of a barker).
The other PITA is there are no showers in the parks. You have to drive to a store that has showers in the back of it and that's just a small inconvenience.
The park itself is amazing and I recommend taking a few days to take it all in. Cadilac Mountain and Thunder Hole were my two favorite areas.

I can drive too... when do you guys meet up. Purgatory Chasm is south of worcester in Sutton, its been 15 years since I've walked that trail.

Cool.. they say there are heights restrictions 11' and length restrictions 35'. My coach is 12' tall and 37' long. Since you've been there, think I'll be able to fit. If not I'll cancel my camping reservations I held for months.

I tow my 80 series behing my RV. Kinda testing it out. Thats how I got from Seattle to here. I hang out with the misfit Seattle Cruiserheads | Home and really enjoy that motley crew. I figured you guys would be even more motley than them though being in New England.

Here is how I put my junk together

I'll be back on 8/6/11. How's that 80 holding up being towed around?

I live near the NH border on the coast so you will be driving right by my house.

The 80 is holding up very well. No issues in 4k miles. If you didn't know what to look for you would have no Idea it was towable with the modifications I did to the ARB.

I hear you have the beer.

We will be heading up to Maine on the 11th.

I'm usually out of town during the week but that is not a given. So lets keep in touch and if it works out we could have something at my house and maybe a few local club members will come by as well.

I have some cigars I can share, would offer to bring beer, but hear the guys in New England are Home Brewers, so wouldn't want to bring the LESSER of something if the Better is to be had.

Impromtu meeting? I can bring a cruiser.

I'm down, maybe I'll leave my cruiser up there with Rick for some loving. She's tired.

8//13 is the Swanzey trail ride so there may be smaller numbers.
I however wasn't planning on making it since I'm rigless.
So it works for me.
