Has anyone bought and received anything from Vintage TEQ lately? I placed order 10/15, confirmed 10/15, later that day ready to ship, never issued tracking. 10/25 nothing, started emails (3), no response. Cancelled credit card transaction today. I do not understand the lack of communication. Simple email, back ordered, shipping problem, hell I forgot. Nothing, is not the right response. I'm done 😐
 
I all for using small business, I live on a island and small businesses survive where I am because they communicate with their customers. If you don't, one will not survive, especially in a small community. It's OK charge reversed no problem, live and learn.
 
Another case here. Order October, 14th and still waiting for shipping notification. @ToyotaMatt please provide an update for order #6174. Thanks

I still waiting on parts ordered in Sept. Has told me numerous times that ready to ship, even generates labels like it going to ship and never seems get the product out the door.

I wish I would’ve read about this clown on this forum before ordering from him. Ordered a blank key on 12/10. So far I have sent three emails to him about the status and nothing from him. After the third email he marked it as preparing to ship on my Shop account. That was last week and still nothing. I’m about to contact my credit card and dispute the charges for the item.
