Viewing attached Images Help!

Help,
I need some help with viewing attached images on this site. I was previously on dial-up and the attached images would take extremely long time to load or not come up at all. I thought this problem would be solved when I upgraded to broadband. I have upgraded and now I do randomly receive some of the attached images but mostly I receive a rectangle box that is empty except the words that say "attached Image."
Sorry to bog you down with this question. I have seen it posted previously but my searches have not revealed it.
I think maybe it has something to do with my PC's settings?
I would appreciate any help on this. It's very frustrating not being able to see all of the pictures!

be sure you have 'ih8mud' as an 'approved' site within your firewall settings....and if they are hosted from other sites and linked to 'MUD, then you may need to approve those as well.
