We are dialing in on the 460 platform, finishing up bumpers (both 10-13,14-21) front options, rear dual tire carrier bumper and some other odds and ends!

Here’s a preview of what’s cooking

Lets see a preview of that rear bumper. I am getting disinterested in the truck without a quality and good looking rear bumper option. I have to get this spare out of the cargo area and fast.

I will share when I have something to share. It will be very similar to the 470 rear solution we offer.

Since it looks like you're mocking your designs in SolidWorks (or similar), you should be able to do a material analysis (I can on my version of SolidWorks). If so, can you give some weights of what these bumpers will be?
Specifically the steel compared to aluminum?
I'm very curious what the weight differential is between both when factoring in the added material to make the aluminum version as strong as the steel.

Any chance the spare on the rear bumper can be more centered? I hate that almost all the current options are covering one of the taillights.

Aluminum will never be as strong as Steel. Steel will always take a beating that Aluminum won’t dream of. It’s a give and take. You save pounds, you lose strength and durability.

Our Aluminum versions come in just over 50% the weight of the steel variant. A full strike bumper is around 100lbs. Aluminum would be around 55lbs.

Not a leaked photo of a gx 460 prototype!

After hours of scad I modeled these suggestions....

You can clearly see this is a recessed step in this dxf. Lol!

I have those on my MetalTech rear bumper. To tell the truth, in over 2 years of having the bumper, I still have yet to put my foot in one.
Seems like a good idea, but haven't needed it yet.

I'm thrilled to hear that Victory is working on a front bumper, particularly for the 10-13 model year. I've been a sucker for Victory's stuff and would prefer to stay with Victory for the front bumper too!

Dog-gone it! Wish these front pre '14 bumpers where around when I first built my rig! I would have liked to have kept the headlight washers!
Also, are you providing any protection for the bottle and hoses that hang down on the right front? My Metaltech doesn't have any type of shield to protect that from being snagged on by brush and what-not.

r2m: People joke about value of headlight washers but I have been in plenty of snowy blizzards in the passes where snow started to cover up the headlights. Washer fluid from the headlight washers melted it right off
