We were able to get my new Victory 4x4 Strike bumper installed on Saturday. Overall, very simple and easy install. Designed very well and the fit/finish was fantastic. Same with the rear Molle panels, those went on very easy. I love that Victory sends both grab handle brackets with each kit. So either outward facing or downward facing grab bars are covered.

Very happy with the purchases!!

Whats your plan for this gap?
All this bumper gap flap lately got me looking at my TJM T17, and the gap looks about the same, and it’s never bothered me or looked out of sorts. No one has even pointed it out. I think it’s probably just more obvious on a white truck.

It looks great. This is a nice example of some peoples experience Vs others. There is another thread going right now and Kramer is outraged by that gap. This is why it's hard to ask for peoples opinion on things like bumpers, suspension ,tires.. It's all subjective to the user.

Glad to see it seems like Victory has sorted out the fitment issues I was having. IT is a really good looking bumper and has high clearance.

Exactly, it bothers some people and not others. For me, its a big gap but not obnoxious. The quality of the bumper is enough for me and i am happy with how it looks. More importantly, how does it function? If it rips off the first time i recover, then we will have a problem. Overall, i am happy with how it looks.

Good point. I suppose it would make sense if they had a similar setup to ARB where you can tilt and adjust for that, and then pin it when you find the fit you like. Otherwise like you said the biggest concern is build quality and how it will hold up.

In a dumb event, in the snow, I was doing about 15-20 and nailed a post that was in the ground and the post didnt move, my bumper was slightly scratched and dented the fender slightly. No real issues other than cosmetic. Fender is fine..... and bumper is back in its origianl place. You would never know the bumper took a hit.

What are you planning on mounting on the panels? I’m always trying to find ways to squeeze more space out of our 100 for camping (two dogs, 4 humans) and have looked hard at the Victory panels as a good option. However I can’t really think of what I could mount there that would help significantly with the storage space issues.

Currently, i have some molle bags, first aid kit and a TQ attached to them. small tools, extra Mags and ammo. That kind of stuff. Eventually ill add some quik fists for a fire extinguisher and jumper cables.

I wouldn't say I was outraged, but when the rig on their site has a good gap, and the product you receive after waiting 4 months has 1-1/2" gap, that's a problem. And instead of making it right, nothing but excuses.

Needless to say, I'm glad @MMoldrupLC is satisfied with his. To make the gap less noticeable, since your rig is white, you could pull the bumper off and paint the metal extensions under the fenders and headlight. (see pic below)

We just called slee and got a blueberry bumper, and had to my door in less than 10 days. The victory we had to go to the freight terminal and pickup. In the end good customer service and products out weighs all the BS form V4x4.
