Vibration in steering wheel when accelerating (1 Viewer)

i have 2015 lx570 with 19k on it. Recently I have experience some vibration in the steering wheel and some huming in the steering wheel face. It sound like something has come loose. Only happens on acceleration on small inclines.

Anyone have any recommendations on what to check?

Sounds like warranty appointment. Let dealer troubleshoot
