Have a 2016 LX and the ventilated seats seem to only vent air through the seats some of the time. For example, get in the truck turn on the seat vent and they work as intended. Park for a bit and get back in the truck turn on the seat vents and no air flowing through the seat (at least not any amount that I can feel with my hand). Then the next time I get back in the truck the seat vents might work. This can all be in the same day or across different days. Tried with and without the A/C on and doesn't matter which seat vent setting from auto - high - normal - low. None of them make any change when air isn't flowing through the seat (I almost always hit the button twice so it's on the high setting). Fan is running as I can hear it very clearly and I can feel it pulling air from under the seat just sometimes there is no air making it through the seat it seems.

Anyone experienced anything similar before? Would rather not pull the seat apart to diagnose if I can avoid it.

Curious about this as well. I have a 2014 LC200 and when I turn on the ventilated function on either seat, I can hear the motor running, but there is no air flow.

Have you looked under the seat to make sure no debris is there intermittently blocking air? Have you cleaned the filters under the seat?

Checked the filter a few weeks ago and it was clean and there is nothing under the seat that would be blocking airflow. Like I said, sometimes I'll fire them up and they work fine other times they don't blow any air out. Will prob have to pull the assembly out and see if maybe the plastic that routes the air is getting pinched or blocked depending on how I plop my butt in the seat. That's about the only theory I have at this point.
