This is a VCX Nano Techstream/TIS dongle that is brand new in-the-box. I couldn't get this to work with the 'Tech Stream in 5 minutes' image, but if you've got a laptop that you're willing to install the TIS version that's provided by VCX, then this should be a significantly faster/less laggy adaptor than the standard adaptor that you get on Amazon.
