Where have you been enjoying the trails in the gvrd?

Grew up riding the woodlot in maple ridge and just recently tried sumas mtn.

Woodlot recently has had some logging.

Fvmba has done a great job at sumas.

Sumas has a nice option to shuttle if you have 2 vehicles. The road up is in good shape and can be driven with most vehicles. There's a nice look out at the top.

The whole valley has some epic rides, use to ride that area back in the day..

Vancouver island has some great stuff, Nanaimo has Dumount and Mtn Benson, Duncan has a epic shuttle or two..

That will happen. Know a couple people that have done that. If only my life could revolve around riding and cruising... The gvrd has enough for me.

I guess I could google it but from a local, what would you suggest for a solid day of xc, with some alpine views? Maybe an over night trip?

I prefer my hot, dusty hike-a-bikes in 95 degree summer heat over the hero dirt north shore trails and the endless DH of the whistler bike park

Sheesh I feel like a polar bear after reading your post. Can't handle the heat, but not use to that climate. Ill take showers and a muddy trail over dead heat any day. Especially at that temp!
