Well as some of you know I'm in California right now for the holidays. I went down to Vally Hybrids in Stockton Ca. I bought a rear confer sear from Georg (orangefj45). Hear are some pics of his amazing shop and some vehicles. He has a ton of parts.

Seen pics of his shop before.... although I wasn't aware he had a cummins powered 80.

What's a confer sear

That is awesome. George seems like an excellent guy from how he conducts himself on the forums.

did you really call me an old timer?!

that's funny. really funny.

i think some people consider me the punk kid with a cruiser shop in our little community.

the axle rack has grown over the years and this one is the 3.0 version.

the first rack started lift as a set of uprights for a pallet rack. chopped up and welded back together. 4 levels, would hold 8 housings no problem. the second rack was basically the same thing but a little taller.

this one is welded angle iron, 3x3" .250 thick. it's about 12' tall and has a set of feet that stick out about 2' at the bottom. it's also bolted to the wall about 8 feet off the ground. the complete axles are kept on the bottom 4-5 racks, the top racks are for empty housings. if you go more than 2 axles deep per shelf then it's a real pita to ge them out. this rack allows me to get any one housing outta there in just a few minutes with the forklift. been there for about a year now and so far, so good. but once again, i'm running out of room and i have 2 more pallets full of axles sitting around the shop.......
