The 3 port can be used for 2 port, just plug the exhaust end (the filter pulls off.

There are others on amazon, those were just the 2 I found
VSV are just a small swich that opens closes a valve...they all do the same thing, switch on/off the vacuum.

I have a used OEM Nippondeso 71 FJ40 VSV (Vacuum Switching Valve). It's not purdy, but I have tested it and believe it to be functioning. I'm guessing you are doing a resto and would prefer a cherry NOS unit, I'll PM you my info in case nothing pops up for sale.

New VCV like that are discontinued, however, if you look in the 60 section, there is a substitute from 80-series that is identical except for one nipple faces the opposite way. And it's blue/black
