VA Beach Mechanic

I'm looking for a mechanic in Va Beach. I'm trying to find someone to go over the engine on my fj40 2f and tell me if I am in dyer need of a rebuild or not. Also, more importantly, I'm trying to find the fuel problem that I believe is originating from the carburetor that I just installed. I've got fuel collecting on the rim of the carburetor where the air filter attaches to the top of the carburetor.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I would try Auto Plus Performance, they are off of Military Hwy. Ask for Josh he is the Land Cruiser GURU. He works on all my family's cruisers and we have like 10 of them including a couple fj-60's with the 2f. He is great, a little slow but very thorough. There are always a couple cruisers at his shop too.
