V8 swap parts hunt (1 Viewer)

I lost cylinder #1 on Sunday, see link below. After debating on what to do, I believe I am going with a 5.3 swap unless I can find a decent 2F. As I begin the tear down, I want start gathering parts. If anyone has anything that might assist in my hunt, please let me know. Also, I am going to have some 2F parts available, but will post up what I have later on.

Bummer indeed. BUT on second thought and re-evalulation of costs, I am going to have my 2F rebuilt

Yea, for the majority of the cost to rebuild your engine, you would spend in adapters.

You can find good running 2F's out there for cheap. Perry, up in Dallas, had a low mileage (85k) one.
