I'm researching doing a v8 swap into my cruiser this summer. I was wondering if anyone has anymore information on installing the GM 4.8/5.3 engines. I searched the threads and the only one is a year old. I was wondering if the Mark's adapter will mount to these engines? I also don't want to give up my H55, so I know I'm going to have problems with the engine not being able to talk to the trans. Also for all you Washington residents, what are the DEQ rules about conversions? I'm being transferred to Seattle in July.
