I need to replace a fender that has some rust and I am trying to figure out which part to order. One is with moulding (53801-60A40) and the other is without moulding (53801-60A50). Please see pic and let me know what I need. Thanks!

This piece is referred to as the moulding, so you will want fender w/moulding (53801-60A40)

I'm asking on behalf of OP, but can't the original moulding piece be reused or does the one without molding not have receiving holes?
When I was hunting for a fender recently, I found many that did not have holes at all. Avoid those if you want the moulding, obviously. You *can* reuse the moulding from the old fender if you get a new one that has the holes, but you may also need new clips, which are available on ebay.
