Curious, what does non-working mean?

My 40 was overheating after installing a new radiator, so I came across a new head locally. I replaced the head and now my truck is running like new. I am just charging $75 to cover my time for packing the head and taking it to UPS. But if I don’t have any takers, I will just scrap it. Not sure what’s wrong with the head, as I didn’t take it to a machine shop to have it inspected.
