Is the 27th the actual support day or just sign up and activity? I thought the actual Christmas tree cutting support was in December. (I will be out of town until 28th.)

The PPRD asked us to support their event on three separate weekends:
Saturday-Sunday, 27-28 November
Saturday-Sunday, 4-5 December
Saturday-Sunday, 11-12 December

six days of support

Also, got a text from Malcolm - he's in for one or possibly more days

It was a beautiful day to be wheeling. Malcolm, Kevin, and I patrolled together. The roads were either clear or had some packed snow. We had no low traction extraction action today. We met a guy and his son who were elk hunting in a low slung Chevy front wheel drive car at the icy creek crossing at the bottom of 264. They were headed up Manchester Creek towards 357. I guess they made it out because we never heard anything about them again. Pretty amazing that he could get that Chevy through those roads.
